Privacy Policy

The data controller for this website is Quilve, based in Italy. For any privacy-related inquiries, you can contact us at privacy@quilve.com.

We collect only the information necessary to manage our waitlist:

• Email address — provided when you sign up for the waitlist.
• Timestamp — date and time of your registration.
• Referral source — how you found us (e.g. “direct”, “linkedin”).

We do not collect passwords, payment information, cookies for tracking, or any other personal data.

• To notify you when Quilve launches.
• To send occasional pre-launch updates (max 1–2 emails before launch).
• To understand the size and geographic distribution of our waitlist.

Your email is stored in a Supabase database with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to the project administrators only.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party. We do not use your email for advertising or marketing purposes beyond the waitlist communications described above.

Your data is processed by Supabase Inc. (our database provider) under their standard Data Processing Agreement. No other third party has access to your data.

You can request at any time:

• Deletion — We will remove your email from our waitlist permanently.
• Access — We will confirm what data we hold about you.
• Correction — We will update your email if needed.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular the Italian Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. Our legal basis for processing your email is your consent, which you give by voluntarily submitting the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

We retain your email address until either: (a) you request deletion, or (b) the waitlist is no longer needed after product launch, at which point we will either migrate your account or delete the waitlist data.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Any significant changes will be communicated via the email you provided.
